The SFAI Library, under the direction of Sharon Chickanzeff in the early 1980s did two fundraisers that screened Bruce Conner films from its collection—A wonderful set of movies, supplemented with Tecate and Shots of Tequila that sold for a DOLLAR  which somehow seemed appropriate. Note that special thanks went to Melinda Tucker, Miss Humane, Jeffrey Fraenkel, Dr. Hand and The Westbound Martini.
